Arielle Dascal

Arielle obtained her BSc degree in Physics and Concordia University in 2020, and completed her MSc degree in Physics at Concordia University under the supervision of Dr. Christophe Grova, where she studied functional connector hub reorganisation in temporal lobe epilepsy and frontal lobe epilepsy when compared to healthy controls across the whole brain.
Now pursuing her PhD under the co-supervision of Dr. Christophe Grova and Dr. Boris Bernhardt in the Integrated Program of Neuroscience at McGill University, she is continuing her investigation into hubs, working on a multimodal and mutlisite investigation of these regions in epilepsy using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging, diffusion weighted imaging, arterial spin labeling and positron emission tomography.
